Effective date for previously announced Board Changes and revised Board Committees
Nigel Howard retired from the role of Non-Executive Chairman and left the Company on 31 March 2016. 
As previously announced, Steve Good now takes over as Non-executive Chairman and as a consequence of these changes the various Board committees will now be constituted as follows: -
