Director Declaration

 

Zotefoams, a world leader in supercritical foams, has been notified that Lynn
Drummond, Non-Executive Director and Chair, was appointed as a Non-Executive
Director of PUMA AIM VCT plc, with effect from 6 September 2024, and which was
admitted to London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities, on
2 April 2025.

This announcement is made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.9 of the UK Listing Rules.
