David Stirling, Managing Director, notified the Company on 3 October 2014 that he transferred 6720 shares in the Company into his ISA by selling them at a price of 240.0p and buying them back at 240.75p per share. The total number of shares held by Mr Stirling and his connected persons remains unchanged at 335,233 (0.8% of the issued share capital).
