Clifford Hurst, an Executive Director, notified the Company on 19 April 2016 of the transfer by his wife (Dr D F Watt) on 18 April 2016 of 11,019 shares into her ISA by selling the shares at a price of 282.25p and buying them back at 282.52p.
The total number of shares held by Mr Hurst and his wife remains unchanged at 343,949 (0.77% of the issued share capital).
