On 20 April 2016 Clifford Hurst, an Executive Director, exercised his option under the Company's HMRC Approved Share Option Plan over 28,116 Ordinary Shares of 5p ('Shares') each in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of 106.7p per share
Following the exercise, Mr Hurst's beneficial interest has increased to the following number of Shares: 372,065 (0.837% of the issued share capital).
