12 January 2024 - Zotefoams, a world leader in cellular materials
technology, announces that it has been informed that a number of transactions
in ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have
been undertaken on behalf of Gary McGrath, Chief Financial Officer, which
includes a sale of Ordinary Shares out of a general investment account and
subsequent purchase of Ordinary Shares into an ISA account for tax planning
purposes. The table below sets out further information on the transactions,
which in aggregate amounts to a net sale of 394 Ordinary Shares.

Following these transactions, Gary McGrath's beneficial interest in the
Company is 100,492 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital.
