NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMRs

24 April 2023 - On 20 April 2023, the Company received notice from its
Employee Benefit Trust of the exercise and partial sale for tax of nil cost
options granted over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Shares') under the
Company's 2017 Deferred Bonus Share Plan ('DBSP') at a sale price of £3.82 as
follows:

The shares in the "Number of shares anticipated still to be sold for tax"
column are those that the Company has been notified are still to be sold for
the purpose of satisfying the tax liability generated by the exercise of the
options, but which have not been sold as at 24 April 2023. These shares have
not been transferred into the name of the Director.

 

Awards granted under the DBSP usually vest three years from grant, subject to
satisfaction of service conditions.  The awards were increased to reflect the
dividends paid during the restricted period.
