** Shares of Zotefoams ZTF.L up nearly 16% at 322p; set to record its biggest one-day pct gain since Oct 2022

** The maker of closed cell crosslinked foams expects FY underlying pretax profit to beat market expectations

** Co posts record HY performance with pretax profit up 37%, revenue up 9% YoY

** Peel Hunt analysts increase FY25 revenue estimates by 3%

** Separately, South Korea-based Seoheung Co. Ltd. will invest $10 mln for an initial stake of 17.5% in ZTF's Vietnamese JV

** ZTF rose about 4% YTD
