I am starting due diligence on Somero and I noticed their worldwide headquarters is in Florida, USA, yet they only seem to have a stock symbol in London. Can someone explain why they do not trade on a US market?
It might be that the regulation in the US is too expensive so they wanted a cheaper way to list? This must be a topic they have discussed in some historical conference call?
