Biography

I owned shares through a stockbroker for thirty years but from 2023  it's all in my ISA under my control. 

Investment strategy

Screen for buying using Ed's cookbook. Aim to invest, not trade. Be diversified across sector, market cap and geography. Keep an eye on risk and volatility. I have a third in a global tracker, a third in investment trusts and a third in equities.

For selling, I pay attention to profit warnings and set alerts on Stocko for news, price drops and StockRank drops.
