Used to work for my church as a youth pastor and then a pastor for a larger congregation, but since 2013 have been working in a claims management company that helps consumers get compensation for bad financial advice. Lots of historical claims from 90s and 2000s when the big high street banks used to pull customers aside and stick their money in structured products etc. Now own the business with my co director and things are going ok.

Biography

Started taking investing seriously in my mid 40s in 2015. Before that got a bit burnt in the dot com bubble and had some luck buying Gold in 2008 over a 4 year period. Also got into BTL property in 2015. On equities still learning and making mistakes but getting smarter and wiser, not least due to learning from others.
