I have been investing for 32 years and it wasn't until I retired that I decided to go it myself.

Ever since then I have been using Stockopedia, much more successfully. It's given me the data on the homepages on each companies pages to show what the gearing is like what the return on capital employed is like, what the PEG ratio is, what the PE ratios are - and so I get a much better feel of a companies existence and what it's doing and how its progressing over the years. So I feel much more confident very quickly in what I'm looking at, whether to scout it or go with it - it's taken the emotion out of investing for me.
