as much as 21.6% to A$0.090, their highest since Sept 9
** The boron and lithium supplier says it received a
non-binding letter of interest from the Export-Import Bank of
the United States for debt financing of up to $285 mln
** Co says debt package would be utilized for commercial
scale development and construction of 5E's Boron Americas
Complex
