Australia's ActivEX climbs to 3-week high after co gets exploration permit grant

** Shares of ActivEX  AIV.AX  rise as much as 20% to
A$0.006, their highest levels since Sept 23
    ** The mineral explorer says one of its exploration permits
for minerals at Aramac Project, located in Queensland, was
granted on Oct 8
    ** Co intends to explore for rare-earths elements within the
Queensland project
    ** About 500,197 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 95,382
    ** ActivEX stock has lost 64%, YTD
