    * Says it will fully acquire a 85 percent-owned subsidiary, 
AIDEN SHO JI CO,LTD, which is mainly engaged in sales of 
electric machine, located in Aichi-ken, effective on July 31 
    * Says it will merge with Aiden Sho Ji, after the 
acquisition, on Oct. 1 
    * Says Aiden Sho Ji will be dissolved
