    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of 
7,440 yen per share through public offering, to raise 20.98 
billion yen in total, with subscription period from Aug. 31 to 
Sept. 1 and payment date on Sept. 6 
    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of 
7,440 yen per share through private placement to raise up to 
3.35 billion yen in total, with the subscription date on Oct. 2 
and payment date on Oct. 3 
    * Says it will distribute treasury stock at the paid-in 
price of 7,440 yen per share, to raise 1.34 billion yen in total 
in its treasury stock distribution through public offering 
    * Previous plan was announced on Aug. 22
