Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

Nov 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1100 GMT on Monday:

    ** Japan's Ajinomoto  2802.T  said it agreed to acquire
U.S.-based genetic medicines maker Forge Biologics Holdings for
82.8 billion yen ($546 million). (Full Story)
    ** Australian pension fund AustralianSuper said it had
rejected an "eleventh hour" offer from a Brookfield-led
consortium and its partner EIG to drop its opposition to their
$10.5 billion bid for Origin Energy and join the takeover. (Full

    ** British petrol station operator EG Group will buy Tesla's
 TSLA.O  ultra-fast charging units to help roll out its electric
vehicle charging network across Europe, it said. (Full Story)
    ** Spanish construction group ACS  ACS.MC  has hired Societe
Generale's  SOGN.PA  investment bank to sell its services unit
Clece, Expansion newspaper reported, citing unidentified finance

    ** Greece's state-controlled bank bailout fund HFSF said it
sold its 9% stake in Alpha Bank  ACBr.AT  to UniCredit for 293.5
million euros ($314 million) after an improved bid by the
Italian bank. (Full Story)
    ** Capsa, Spain's second largest oil company, said it had
agreed to buy 220 automated service gas stations in Spain from
Ballenoil for an undisclosed amount. (Full Story)
    ** An agreement on state guarantees for Siemens Energy
 ENR1n.DE  will be presented on Wednesday during the company's
results announcement, the Handelsblatt newspaper reported,
