Admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange

 

 

Further to the Company's press release of 25 February 2022 setting out details
of its reverse takeover transaction and change of strategy and following the
publication of its Prospectus on 25 February 2022, the Company is now pleased
to confirm that its entire issued ordinary share capital, consisting of
5,999,999 Ordinary Shares of £0.02 each, will be admitted to the Standard
Listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London
Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities. Trading in the Company's
shares will commence on the London Stock Exchange at 8.00am today under the
ticker symbol: ALK and ISIN: GB00BMD6C023.

 

The Company is not raising any funds in connection with the admission and will
have 5,999,999 ordinary shares of £0.02 each in issue. A copy of the
