Alkemy Capital Investments plc is a United Kingdom-based company focused on developing projects in the energy transition metals sector. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Tees Valley Lithium Limited (TVL), is developing a lithium hydroxide plant at Teesside, United Kingdom. TVL is an independent lithium chemical processing hub, importing high value feedstock from around the world and supplying battery grade lithium hydroxide to Europe. TVL has secured approximately 9.6 hectares brownfields site with full planning permission at the Wilton International Chemicals Park in Teesside, a United Kingdom freeport, to build the lithium hydroxide processing facility. The Company also secured a site near Port Hedland, Western Australia, to build a lithium sulphate refinery that provides feedstock for TVL.
