Exercise of Warrants

 

Alkemy Capital Investments Plc ("Alkemy" or the "Company") (LSE: ALK)
(JV2:FRA) has received notice to exercise 33,680 broker warrants of £1 each,
that were granted in conjunction with the fundraise announced on 18 December
2023, resulting in the receipt of £33,680. The Company will accordingly issue
33,680 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary
Shares").

Admission

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the Equity Shares (transition) category of the Official List and the Main
Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 6 August 2025
("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

The Company hereby notifies the market, in accordance with the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that on Admission, the Company's
enlarged share capital will consist of 9,881,865 Ordinary Shares. This figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
