Grant of Share Awards

 

Alkemy Capital Investments plc ("Alkemy") (LSE: ALK) (FRA: JV2) announces that
it has granted long term incentive share awards ("Share Awards") over an
aggregate 685,000 ordinary shares to directors and senior managers of Alkemy
and Tees Valley Lithium, which represents approximately 6.4% of the Company's
existing issued share capital. For the purposes of the allocation, a share
price of £3.59 per ordinary share was used, being the 30-day VWAP to the date
of this announcement.

 

The new Share Awards are subject to the satisfaction of certain performance
conditions to be interpreted at the discretion of the Alkemy Board over a
three year review period. Upon vesting, no consideration is payable. Subject
to vesting and such performance conditions being met, the new Share Awards
will be allocated to the participant as fully paid ordinary shares, subject to
any regulatory restrictions.

 

The following new Share Awards have been granted to Directors and senior group
managers:
