** Stock on track for worst session since late-October, 2023; snaps six-week winning streak

** Specialty material and technology co completes A$225 million ($157.50 million) capital raise through placement

** Issue price of A$0.75 per share represents a discount of 11.2% to the stock's last close

    ** About 6.2 million shares change hands, 3x the 30-day avg
