2024
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Dec. 13, 2024
    ** Copper explorer says it will buy the high-grade Venatica
copper project in Peru 
    ** About 13.7 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day average
of around 2.2 mln
    ** Stock up 60% this year, including day's move
