Dividend Declaration

 

The Directors of the Company have recommended the payment of a special
dividend of 10 pence per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 30 May
2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2 May 2025.
The ex-dividend date will be 1 May 2025.

 

Dividend Re-Investment Scheme ("DRIS")

 

There will be no DRIS available with this dividend.
