PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

 

 

The Company announces that on 24 July 2024 it purchased 149,472 ordinary
shares for cancellation. The price paid was 83.5p per ordinary share.

 

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 148,317,888 ordinary
shares in issue.
