    * Says it will acquire trademark right of a brand "Aohata",
for
2.1 billion yen, on Dec. 3
    * Says it will issue 200,000 new shares through private
placement,
at the issue price of 2,707 yen per share, to raise 541.4
million yen in total, with payment date on Nov. 16
    * Proceeds to be used for a part of fund to acquire the
trademark
