Cancellation of Listing

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 21 February 2024, the
cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Standard
Segment of the FCA's Official List and trading on the main market for listed
securities of the LSE became effective from 08.00 a.m. (London time) today.
