Profile Summary

Aquila Services Group PLC, formerly General Industries plc is a holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in providing specialist housing and treasury management consultancy services. It operates through three segments: consultancy, interim management and treasury management. The consultancy segment provides a range of services to support the business needs of a range of organizations, including housing associations and local authorities across the housing sector. The interim management segment provides extended forward sales pipeline for individuals embedded within housing organizations. The treasury management segment provides treasury advice and fund-raising services to non-profit making organizations working in the affordable housing and education sectors. Its subsidiary, Altair Consultancy and Advisory Services Limited, is a specialist management consultancy. Its subsidiary, Murja Limited, is a specialist treasury management consultancy.
