    * Says it will issue new shares via public offering, with
the
issue price of 5,276 yen per share (2.63 billion yen in total)
and paid-in price of 5,058.4 yen per share(2.52 billion yen in
total)  
    * Subscription period from July 18 to July 19 and payment
date on
July 24
    * Says it will distribute treasury stock with the paid-in
price of
5,058.4 yen per share, to raise 1.52 billion yen in total in its
treasury stock distribution through public offering
    * Says it will issue new shares via private placement, with
the
paid-in price of 5,058.4 yen per share(up to 601.9 million yen) 
    * Subscription date on Aug. 21 and payment date on Aug. 22
