** Mineral explorer receives firm commitments to raise A$4.85 million ($3.15 million)

** Issue price of A$0.021 represents a discount of 12.5% to its last close

** Funds raised will be used to advance exploration across Kempfield Silver-Polymetallic Project, New South Wales, others

** About 7 million shares change hands, 2.5x times the 30-day avg

** Stock is up 47.1% YTD, including the session's moves
