Notice of AGM

Ariana Resources plc (AIM: AAU, ASX: AA2, "Ariana" or the "Company"), the
mineral exploration and development company with gold project interests in
Africa and Europe, is pleased to announce that the Notice of the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") circular is now available.

In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, the resolutions for the AGM have
been published to view on the Company's website
(https://www.arianaresources.com/investors/circulars)  and will be posted to
shareholders. The AGM will be held on 29 May 2026 at 11am(*) at East India
Club, 16 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4LH.
