Ariana Resources plc (AIM: AAU, ASX: AA2, "Ariana" or the "Company"), the
mineral exploration and development company with gold project interests in
Africa and Europe, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General
Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.  All proxy
voting will be made available on the Ariana Resources' website.
