** Shares of Australia's Aruma Resources  AAJ.AX climb 54.6% to A$0.034, their highest level since September 10, 2024

** Diversified miner signs binding agreements to buy an 85% stake in the Tillex copper project in Ontario, Canada

** A unit of global mining company Vale will own a 12% stake in the project and the remaining 3% by a private consortium

** YTD, shares have more than doubled in value
