** Shares of South Korea's cement-related companies surge
after the two Koreas reached an agreement on cooperation in
modernising and connecting cross-border roads
** On June 1, South Korea and North Korea had agreed to hold
regular meetings to boost various working-level talks, including

Koreas agreed to conduct a joint study on cross-border road
