Issue of equity to satisfy share awards

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") today announces that
applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and
London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") for a total of
2,229,037 ordinary shares of £0.10 each to be admitted to the Official List
of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for
listed securities ("Admission") to satisfy an award of free shares to the
Company's employees under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP").

It is expected that Admission will take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 8 June 2026.
 The new ordinary shares will be held by Equiniti Share Plan Trustee Limited
as trustee of the SIP.

Following the allotment and issue, the Company's issued share capital will
consist of 1,015,315,325 ordinary shares.  The Company does not hold any
shares in Treasury. As such the total number of shares in issue with voting
rights is 1,015,315,325.
