Aterian plc (LSE: ATN), the critical mineral exploration and development
company focused on Africa, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
will be held on 25 June 2026 at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The
Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW at 11 a.m.

 

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today.
