Atlas Metals Group plc announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on Wednesday 3 June 2026 at 11.00 a.m. (UK time).

 

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at:
