("Atlas Metals" or the "Company")

PDMR Dealings

Atlas Metals (LSE: AMG), the natural resources and energy company, announces that has been notified of certain disclosable transactions carried out by two or its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company on 11,12 and 13 March 2026.

The Company was notified by Mr. Christopher Latilla-Campbell, Chairman of the Company, that Buchanan Trading, Inc. (owned by a Jersey Trust of which Mr. Christopher Latilla-Campbell is a potential beneficiary) has purchased 142,000 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 7.25p per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase Mr. Latilla-Campbell is interested in 690,777 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.09% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

The Company was further notified by Mr. Thomas Griffiths, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he has purchased, in aggregate 446,482 Ordinary Shares at prices between 6.99p and 7.09p per Ordinary Share.  Following these purchases Mr. Griffiths is interested in 1,786,482 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
