("Atlas Metals" or the "Company")

PDMR Dealing

Atlas Metals (LSE: AMG), the natural resources and energy company, announces
that has been notified of a disclosable transaction carried out by one of its
directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on 17
March 2026.

The Company was notified by Mr. Christopher Latilla-Campbell, Chairman of the
Company, that Buchanan Trading, Inc. (owned by a Jersey Trust of which Mr.
Christopher Latilla-Campbell is a potential beneficiary) has purchased 135,000
ordinary shares of nominal value £0.01 each in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 7.75p per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase Mr.
Latilla-Campbell is interested in 825,777 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.50%
of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
of Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
