Results of General Meeting

 

Atlas Metals (LON: AMG), the natural resources and energy company is pleased
to announce that, at the General Meeting ("General Meeting") of the Company
held today, all resolutions put to the General Meeting were duly passed (each,
a "Resolution", and together, the "Resolutions").

A poll was held on each of the Resolutions, and Resolutions were both passed
by the required majority.

Resolution 1 was passed as an ordinary resolution. Resolution 2 was passed as
a special resolution. The results of the poll were as follows:

 To provide Directors' with authority to allot shares

 Resolution 2:                                                                   6,907,448  99.51  33,830  0.49  0         6,941,278

 To provide Directors' with authority for disapplication of pre-emption rights
 regarding allotments for cash

 

*        Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the chairman
of the General Meeting have been included in the "Votes In favour" total.

 

The total number of ordinary shares of nominal value £0.01 each in the
capital of the Company in issue at the voting date is 14,780,451.  A "vote
withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the
proportion of votes for and against the Resolution.

In accordance with UKLR 22.2.6R of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), a
copy of the Resolutions passed have been submitted to the FCA's National
Storage mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
