AVAW WARRANT EXPIRY AND LISTING CANCELLATION
 
Avation PLC ("Avation" or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that all remaining unexercised listed bondholder warrants LSE trading code: AVAW; ISIN: GB00BNK93641 (the "AVAW Warrants") expired on 31 October 2026 in accordance with their terms.
 
Following expiry, the Company has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the suspension of listing of the AVAW Warrants with immediate effect and for the cancellation of their admission to trading.
 
The Company is currently processing the exercise notices received in relation to the AVAW Warrants and will make further announcements relating to the allotment and issue of shares in due course. The instrument constituting the AVAW Warrants is available on the Company's website.
