Appointment of Administrators of Love Hemp Group PLC

 

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 10th February 2023
regarding the administration of the operational subsidiary, Love Hemp Ltd, the
Board of Directors have now taken the necessary steps to also place the
Company into administration, appointing Paul Cooper and Jamie Taylor of
Begbies Traynor Group PLC as Joint Administrators.
