Mark Fry, an executive director of the Company and its Head of Business Recovery and Advisory, has been allotted 606,944 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 82.38 pence ("Option Shares").  The Option Shares have been allotted as part satisfaction of consideration due to Mark in respect of a put option exercised by him whereby the Company has acquired his interest in Begbies Traynor (London) LLP pursuant to the option agreement announced on 28 November 2016.
