John Humphrey, Group Company Secretary at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 100,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 51 pence and over 50,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 36.69 pence.  Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 70,748 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 18 December 2019.

Options granted at an option price of 51 pence over 100,000 Ordinary Shares and an option price of 36.69 pence over 50,000 Ordinary Shares.

Nature of the transaction


Exercise of options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 51 pence and 50,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 36.69 pence.  The Options have been exercised by net settlement, using the closing price on 11 December 2019 of 87.5 pence. This has resulted in the issue and allotment of 70,748 fully paid Ordinary Shares for which the Company has applied to AIM for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Company's other Ordinary Shares.
