Begbies Traynor Group plc, has been advised that Peter Wallqvist,
Non-executive of the Company, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 116.42 pence per
Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, Mr Wallqvist beneficially holds 50,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
