    * Says it signed a business and capital alliance with Toppan 
Printing Co Ltd  7911.T , on Nov. 30 
    * Says Toppan Printing will acquire 14.4 percent stake in 
the 
company from the company's second biggest shareholder Bain 
Capital Bellsystem Hong Kong Limited 
    * Says Toppan Printing will increase stake in the company to 
14.4 
percent and will become the second biggest shareholder of the 
company, and Bain Capital Bellsystem Hong Kong will cut stake in 
the company to 0 percent, effective Dec. 5
