BHP says uranium market still too small for miner to pursue
BHP says uranium market still too small for miner to pursue MELBOURNE, Oct 22 (Reuters) - BHP said on Thursday the market for uranium was still too small for the miner to pursue as an asset in its portfolio.
"There'll be a time when we'll have a look at that and say, is that commodity big enough for us to be involved in it as an asset that we are focusing on? At this stage, the answer to that is still no," chair Ross McEwan said at BHP's annual meeting.
