Availability of Annual Report and Accounts
and
Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
 
Bonhill plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 together with the Notice of AGM (the "Documents") have been posted to those shareholders who have opted to receive them. The Documents are available on the Company's website at https://bonhillplc.com/investor-portal/latest-news/.
 
The AGM will be held at 4.00pm on Thursday 27 May 2021 at 7 York Road, Woking GU22 7XH.
 
Due to the need to observe the UK Government's current guidance on social distancing, and in light of the laws restricting individuals' ability to meet with others to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, the AGM will be held behind closed doors.  
 
Mindful of the measures and the challenges this presents, the Board will ensure that a quorum is present, but regrettably no additional shareholders will be able to attend the AGM.  Therefore, the Company is urging all shareholders to exercise their votes by submitting their form of proxy and appointing the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy.
 
Given the restricted attendance, there will be no opportunity for questions by shareholders at the AGM.  Questions relating to the business of the AGM can be raised by shareholders in advance of the meeting and, in so far as is relevant to the business of the meeting, will be taken into account as appropriate at the AGM itself. A summary of the questions received (if any), together with the answers, will be published on the Company's website shortly after the AGM has concluded. If shareholders have any questions about the business of the AGM, they should contact the company secretary at agm@bonhillplc.com in advance of the meeting.
