Result of General Meeting ("GM")

 

At a general meeting of the Company held earlier today, shareholders resolved
to place the Company into members' voluntary liquidation ("MVL") and to
appoint Gary Paul Shankland and Mark Robert Fry of Begbies Traynor (London)
