Availability of Annual Report and Accounts

Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in
three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics,
announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December
2021 together with the Notice of AGM (the "Documents") are being posted later
today to those shareholders who have opted to receive them.  The Documents
are available on the Company's website

The AGM will be held at 14:00 on 22 June 2022 at the offices of Shore Capital
& Corporate Limited, Cassini House, 57 St James's Street, London SW1A 1LD.

advance of the AGM and addressed to the Company Secretary.  In so far as is
relevant to the business of the AGM, questions will be taken into account as
appropriate at the AGM itself. If shareholders have any questions about the
